miro-plast is a white, elastic wound dressing with a centred absorbent wound compress. This is covered with a special non-woven to prevent adhesion to the wound. The base material is breathable, vapour permeable and coated with skin-friendly polyacrylate adhesive. Ideal fit in case of joint wounds due to the high-elastic fleece.
